वक्तुम् अर्हसि
[vaktum arhasi]
You must now describe to me आत्म विभूतयः
[Atma vibhUtayaH]
Your expanse of power अशेषेण
[azeSeNa]
entirely. दिव्या हि
[divyA hi]
Your powers are indeed divine. याभिः विभूतिभिः
[yAbhiH vibhUtibhiH]
With these supreme powers, त्वम् तिष्ठसि
[tvam tiSThasi]
You stay व्याप्य
[vyApya]
pervading लोकान् इमाम्
[lokAn imAm]
these worlds.
Arjuna tells Krishna - ‘You alone can describe those characteristics that are unique to You - only You can grasp those characteristics. With this infinite power and character, You are pervasive and stay as the controller of this universe’.
