तु [tu] While all devotees are dear to Me, ये भक्ताः [ye bhaktAH] those devotees who पर्युपासते [paryupAsate] diligently practice इदम् [idam] this धर्म्यामृतम् [dharmyAmRtam] eternal duty of devotion , मत्परमाः [matparamAH] considering Me to be the ultimate goal to be achieved श्रद्दधाना [zraddadhAnA] with complete faith, यथोक्तम् [yathoktam] as described- ते [te] they अतीव मे प्रियाः [atIva me priyAH] are extremely dear to Me.

Adoring the Lord is special. Aspire to adore.

The practice of devotion is a duty that never perishes. This devotion is equal to the goal it achieves - The Lord Himself. People who practice devotion were described earlier in this chapter, in 12-2: ‘Those who commit their mind in Me and worship Me - they are with Me always’.

The Lord concludes this chapter by saying- They are extremely dear to Me.
